TwinOne AG makes existing properties digital. Our core product is TwinEstate, the platform for the digital property. We deliver the digitisation as part of the package: we scan the building, create plans and models from it, and bring the existing documents onto the platform with AI.

The brokerage platform is designed so that space can be found directly in widely used AI assistants — via an open interface (MCP). Our platform
TwinEstate — the digital twin of an existing property.
Existing properties are rarely documented up to date: floor plans are outdated, documents are scattered across e-mail inboxes, due diligence takes weeks. TwinEstate records the actual condition on site and returns it in digital form. It takes two to three weeks from scan to finished plan, four to five for large properties of 10,000 sqm or more.
Virtual data room
Access-controlled document storage per property — access rights per role, password-protected share links, GDPR-compliant hosting in the EU.
3D twin
A walkable model from the building scan, as-built plans instead of outdated floor plans, viewings in the browser rather than on site.
Digital room book
Master data sheet and room list with areas and heights per floor — maintained by hand or taken from the 3D scan, the data basis for valuations and due diligence.
Done-for-you scanning
The team comes to the property, records everything and hands over the result. No IT project, no requirements specification, no work at your end.
This shortens due diligence from four to eight weeks down to one or two.
