Vision
Where we are heading.
Over its entire life, a commercial property generates data and work: plans, contracts, deadlines, statements. Today, much of this is scattered and handled by hand.
Our aim: every property has a digital twin in which the knowledge about it comes together — and the people who look after it have AI tools that take recurring work off their hands.
For that we offer TwinEstate, the platform for the property; TwinAI, the AI co-worker for the business; and our consulting to introduce both. We bring experience from real estate and software development, and what we recommend, we use ourselves — not only for the real estate sector.

What TwinOne AG does.
Digitising and managing properties
With TwinEstate, we survey commercial properties on site and hand over the data room, 3D model and room book from a single source. Rental units, leases and service charge statements are added as an optional module.
Operating digital platforms
We operate TwinEstate, our platform for existing properties. The brokerage platform is designed so that commercial space can be found directly in widely used AI assistants.
Bringing AI into everyday work
With TwinAI, we have built an AI co-worker for businesses that we use ourselves every day. The AI in TwinEstate reads contracts and documents and answers questions about the property, citing the source.
Consulting and development
We advise businesses on AI and workflows and develop software — with our team's experience and the methods we also use to build our own products.
